簡介：
1982年生，理學博士、研究員。2005年本科畢業(yè)于中國地質(zhì)大學(北京) 地球物理系，獲學士學位。2010年畢業(yè)于中國科學院研究生院，獲地球動力學博士學位。同年進入中國地震局地質(zhì)研究所開展博士后研究工作。2013年9月至今就職于中國地震局地質(zhì)研究所活動火山研究室。2007-2015年期間，多次前往日本東北大學交流訪問。
研究方向：
主要從事地震學基礎及理論研究工作，研究方向為地震波成像及地球動力學，研究涉及中國大陸巖石圈結(jié)構(gòu)及變形、強震發(fā)生機理、俯沖帶結(jié)構(gòu)及動力學，板內(nèi)活火山深部結(jié)構(gòu)及起源。研究成果發(fā)表在Scientific Reports、JGR、PEPI、GJI、JAES、中國科學等雜志上。其中發(fā)表在JAES雜志上有關(guān)中國大陸深部結(jié)構(gòu)及板內(nèi)活火山起源的科研成果，是該雜志近5年引用次數(shù)最多的論文之一。

1.國家自然科學基金“中國大陸及鄰區(qū)多尺度、多分辨率三維P波各向異性層析成像研究”起止時間：2017-2019；
2.地震行業(yè)科研專項“南迦巴瓦地區(qū)水電工程地震安全性評價關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”子課題負責人；起止時間：2015-2017；
3.中國地震局地質(zhì)研究所中央級公益性科研院所基本科研業(yè)務專項“長白山天池火山地震各向異性及深部起源”起止時間：2014-2016；
4.中國博士后科學基金“利用自適應網(wǎng)格地震層析成像方法研究川滇強震震源區(qū)的精細結(jié)構(gòu)”起止時間：2011-2013。
